What is Buzz Agent Hub?

The mission separates collaboration runtime from business governance. Buzz is intended to carry identities, teams, messages, workflows, and runtime events. HIVE remains authoritative for doctrine, ownership, business truth, canonical memory, proof policy, learning governance, and promotion rules.

That split is a design requirement—not a claim that every integration in the target architecture is active.

The proposed model keeps an agent's name, role, scope, permissions, memory boundary, scorecard, and work history stable while its model or ACP-compatible harness may change. The snapshot format for that portability remains a draft until an import round trip is accepted.

Continuing functions receive named teams and accountable leads. Active jobs receive bounded specialist crews. Work advances only through explicit states, stored evidence, and independent inspection; an agent cannot approve its own output.

Garfield is the owner and final authority. GPT Sol is the temporary Foundation Builder for the setup phase. ATLAS is the intended permanent Business Builder Lead after its response, dispatch, and proof chain pass independent acceptance.

The repository contains a buildable site, route-level documentation, draft agent and team records, a local-only assessment, and an explicit public boundary. It does not offer paid services, contact capture, or downloadable snapshots.
