Working guide · proposed framework
Compile, inspect, promote, operate
The Agentic Business Builder is the mission's proposed method for turning a validated requirement into bounded specialist work. This page describes the contract; it is not evidence of a customer-ready service.
One state vocabulary
Jobs use a fixed operational vocabulary so that visible activity cannot be mistaken for accepted output.
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| QUEUED | Work is identified and awaiting assignment. |
| ASSIGNED | A specific agent or team owns the work. |
| WORKING | Execution is in progress; acceptance is unclaimed. |
| BLOCKED_WITH_EVIDENCE | Progress stopped with a documented blocker and required input. |
| READY_FOR_INSPECTION | The builder submitted an artifact and proof packet for review. |
| REJECTED | The inspector found unmet criteria. |
| PROVED | An independent inspector accepted the criteria. |
| DEPLOYED | An accepted artifact was released to its target. |
| OPERATING | The released system is performing its intended service. |
| FAILED | The job failed and preserved its evidence. |
| ARCHIVED | The job concluded and its record was retained. |
Job-specific crews
A single general-purpose agent is not assigned every kind of work. Each job defines the outcome, required roles, accountable lead, permissions, tools, proof contract, and independent inspector. Existing qualified workers are reused before new roles are drafted.
No self-approval
The builder may produce an artifact and its proof packet, but a distinct inspector must decide whether the acceptance criteria are met. A process, channel message, or agent statement alone is not proof.
Build, capture, promote
- 01
Build
Create the bounded artifact with reversible tools and verify it against explicit criteria.
- 02
Capture
Record inputs, outputs, before and after state, tests, tool receipts, cost, and next action.
- 03
Promote
Advance only after independent acceptance and any owner-held gate is satisfied.
